Pharmablock invites passionate and experienced organic or nucleic acid chemists to join our Nucleotide Team. As a valued team member, you will synthesize, purify, and analyze nucleosides, nucleotides, phosphoramidites, and oligonucleotides, while supporting the development of therapeutic drug candidates. 岗位职责
Responsibilities
1、负责核苷、亚磷酰胺的合成路线设计、合成实验、放大操作、纯化及结构分析。
Design and execute synthetic routes for the synthesis, scale-up, and purification of nucleosides and phosphoramidites. Conduct structural analysis to characterize these compounds.
2、设计并操作自动化的高通量固相合成，包括多种化学修饰的寡核苷酸的小规模合成、纯化和分析。
Develop an automated, high-throughput solid-phase platform to synthesize, purify, and analyze small-scale oligonucleotides with diverse chemical modifications.
3、负责寡核苷酸合成和纯化工艺的改进及分析方法的开发。
Develop enhanced protocols for the synthesis and purification of oligonucleotides, and create improved analytical assays to assess their quality.
4、负责操作、维护寡核苷酸合成平台、HPLC等科学设备，解决日常运行中遇到的技术问题。
Operate, maintain and troubleshoot oligonucleotide synthesis platforms, HPLCs and other scientific equipment.
5、与化学和生物团队紧密合作，共同推进研究项目。
Partner with cross-functional chemistry and biology teams, both within the organization and externally, to drive progress on current research initiatives.
6、其他。
In addition to the primary responsibilities, the employee will perform any other tasks as required by management.
任职资格：
1、拥有有机化学、核酸化学或相关领域，本科及以上学历，具备0-15年合成、纯化与分析方法的经验。
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in organic chemistry, nucleic acid chemistry, or a related scientific discipline, along with X-15 years of hands-on experience in synthetic, purification, and analytical techniques.
2、熟悉有机分子的合成、纯化及表征技术，具备扎实的实验室操作技能。
Highly skilled in the synthesis, purification, and characterization of organic molecules through extensive laboratory experience.
3、能够在跨部门、跨学科的环境中有效沟通与合作。
Able to collaborate productively within a cross-functional team.
4、具备高度的实验室安全意识，严格遵守实验室操作规范。
Possessing excellent laboratory skills and a strong commitment to safety protocols.
5、优秀的口头和书面表达能力，能够清晰、准确地传达科学信息。
The ideal candidate must possess exceptional oral and written communication abilities, capable of conveying even the most complex scientific information in a clear and accurate manner.
