1. Development of new business and business relationship with potential clients, big pharm, or biotech company on small molecular business.
2. Working closely with project management team and internal technical team on proposal, contract, project progress monitoring, etc, to provide professional service to customer.

1. Minimal required master or PhD with experience in CMC industry.
2. A self-motivated team player with strong business acumen and commercial awareness.
3. Strong communication skills in verbal and written.
4. Prior sales and business development experiences.
